We grow and raise everything on your plate

Our story begins between the damp clods of the vegetable garden and the warm breath of the barn. We do not “produce”, we cultivate with respect. We do not “breed animals”, we grow together, following the slow and authentic rhythms of nature.

Every seed, every gesture, every expectation is part of a balance that we do not want to force. Because before it is food, it is life. And life has the taste of things made with care.
The “EU Organic” certification guarantees that every ingredient used in our dishes comes from controlled organic cultivation managed directly by us.

We strive daily to maintain high levels of quality, traceability and environmental sustainability, to offer an authentic and healthy gastronomic experience.

Enter the kitchen

Crossing the threshold of our kitchen, one enters another time. Here the scent of food mingles with the silence of expert gestures, the music of the pots and pans, the steady beat of the knife on the chopping board.

Each dish is created the way a letter is written: with intention, passion and memory. The recipes are transformed, remaining true to tradition but bringing with them our own history and uniqueness: our travels, encounters and ideas.

Bringing taste to the table

Sitting at the table is more than an everyday act.
It is the moment when everything finds meaning: the effort, the waiting, the dedication. It is the point of arrival of a journey made of hands dirty with earth and hearts full of intention.

As you eat, you feel the story.
The sweetness of a sun-ripened vegetable, the gentle strength of meat reared with respect, the aroma of a recipe that has travelled to get here.

The restaurant

A single, cosy, light-filled room and the windows open onto the greenery create an intimate atmosphere.

Here, every meal can be enjoyed calmly, amid chatter, silence and the smell of freshly cooked food.

In summer we (also) eat outdoors

Under the pergola, the right shade accompanies sincere dishes and full glasses. All around, the hills draw the horizon. And if the air is clear, between one tasting and the next, your gaze reaches as far as Venice.

The beautiful season can be enjoyed slowly, amid nature, silence and wonder.
